PE1000 Regen ESD black sheet is partially composed of reprocessed UHMWPE material which has an overall lower property level than virgin PE1000 and a lower cost. Compared with virgin PE500, however, it has a much better impact strength and wear resistance. The incorporation of an effective carbon black grade renders this material electrostatic dissipative properties.
